Full-time | Remote (with occasional presence in Berlin-Mitte) or Hybrid (Berlin/Mannheim)

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

As a Digital Event Manager, you accompany our customers end-to-end and are their reliable point of contact:

  • Customer Support: You are the first point of contact for our customers. Whether via email or phone – you answer questions about our products competently, friendly, and solution-oriented (First-Level Support).
  • Setup & Configuration: You independently set up ordered webcasts. This includes building registration pages and the precise configuration of all interactive features for the event.
  • Testing & Onboarding: You conduct tech checks with our customers, talk through the exact schedule, train the speakers (e.g., slide control), and show them how to confidently manage Q&A sessions with online participants.
  • Live Support: During the event, you are the calm in the storm. You provide live support in the background and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the technical side.
  • Reporting & De-Briefing: The end of one event is the preparation for the next. You create and send out reports, conduct de-briefings with customers, and proactively develop improvements for future webcasts.
  • AI Integration: You intensively use our internal AI tools to make processes (such as reporting, customer communication, or setup steps) more efficient and to share best practices.

Your Profile (Qualifications)

  • Communication Skills: You speak fluent German (native level) and English (business fluent) and have already gained several years of experience in direct customer contact (e.g., support, account management, or event support).
  • Digital Affinity: You don't need to be an IT nerd or developer! It is completely sufficient if you feel comfortable with internet technologies, intuitively navigate new software interfaces, and bring a natural curiosity for AI tools.
  • Stress Resistance: Live events can be unpredictable. You are confident, solution-oriented, and always keep a cool head and your smile, even in stressful situations.
  • Location: You like working remotely, but are based in or around Berlin (or willing to come to our Berlin office from time to time for team meetings and important appointments).
  • Mindset: You have a positive "can-do" attitude, a good sense of humor, and your biggest motivation is to make customers successful and happy.
